Our Journey
Our trip started with a straightforward concept: Introducing tea connoisseurs to the delectable flavors of Darjeeling. Despite coming from different origins, we were all fascinated by the distinct character and rich history of this well-known tea valley. We set out to explore the lush landscapes of Darjeeling, from the large tea farms to the tiny family-owned gardens, with a sense of adventure and a strong respect for history.
Building Relationships with Local Farmers
The kindness of the local farmers and the splendor of the tea gardens enthralled us as we drove through hill stations. It became evident that the essence of Darjeeling tea lies with these committed individuals. We developed close ties with both big and small tea estates, discovering their distinctive methods of tea production and dedication to excellence.
Our Commitment to Quality
At DARJEELINGDEW, we put quality first. The tea gardens and nearby farmers that we purchase our tea from are carefully chosen. We make sure every batch satisfies our high requirements through our quality check procedure. This entails going to the gardens, seeing how the tea is picked and processed, and tasting the tea to make sure it captures the real flavor of Darjeeling.

We are in favor of encouraging sustainable gardening methods in both small and large tea estates. Sourcing from 87 Listed Tea Estates
We have a wide-ranging and thorough sourcing approach. Each of the 87 tea plantations in Darjeeling that we partner with has a distinct terroir and production methods. Large, well-established gardens and smaller, family-owned ones coexist on these estates. We guarantee an assortment of flavors, mixes, and styles to satisfy the palates of all tea connoisseurs by fostering partnerships with a broad spectrum of tea estates.
