Introducing
Dui Paat Suiro
“Dui Paat Suiro” is a journey which started in ‘Chotta Poobong’, and it’s the result of lots of dreams, hard work, small investments, and new ideas. In Nepali, “Dui Paat Suiro” means “two leaves and a bud”, which holds the best flavor in a tea plant. We want to introduce “Dui Paat Suiro” to everyone, so they can experience the authentic and traditional ways of making tea in the hills.
Let the leaves tell their story…

Black Tea – Autumn Flush
As the year draws to a close, the mist and winds of winter are dancing together to create a unique and enchanting blend, while still preserving the vibrant colors of the Monsoon season. It’s a beautiful time of the year and no doubt, it calls for some warm and cosy tea. Our most popular tea is the Autumn flush, which offers the taste and aroma of the rainy hills of Darjeeling. So why not indulge in a cup of this delightful tea and let the joys of the season fill your heart and soul.
Our Tea Range

Darjeeling Black – First Flush
Darjeeling teas, particularly the first flush, are withered for a longer duration than other black teas. A hard wither can decrease a leaf’s water content by over 50%, which affects the activity of polyphenol oxidase and results in a greener appearance.

Darjeeling Black – Autumn Flush
Autumn flush tea is harvested during the third and final growth period of the tea plant, between September and November. It has a less delicate and more robust flavor than first and second-flush teas due to the tea leaves having more time to mature. The leaves are darker in color and have a more woody or earthy aroma.
